Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our homecare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care at patients’ homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper medical support.
Positions Open:
- Homecare Nurse
- GDA (General Duty Assistant)
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic to advanced nursing care at home
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and daily progress
- Assist patients with personal care (bathing, feeding, mobility, etc.)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed (for ANM/GNM/Nurse)
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
- Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements:
- Relevant certification (GDA / ANM / GNM / Nursing Diploma or Degree)
- Prior experience in homecare or hospital setting preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centric approach with a caring attitude
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Willingness to travel for home visits
Salary: 18k -30k/month (based on experience)
